RTR USA provides at minimum a (1) one year/1000 hour whichever comes sooner, consumer parts only warranty on all products sold by RTR USA. Most machines come with additional warranties and extended warranties are always available at the time of purchase in 1 year increments.
The commencement date of this warranty is the date of delivery and extends to the original purchaser only. This warrants that the equipment will be free from manufacturer’s defects in material and/or workmanship. Accessories added by consumer are excluded from this warranty. Warranty will remain valid to the terms above as long as the consumer completes the electronic Service Maintenance Record (SMR) submission upon initial delivery and following the required machine service intervals (within a given grace period of 7 days or 12 hours of machine run time, whichever comes first). SMR's must be uploaded or emailed to meet the warranty requirement.
A grace period for late SMR submissions will be on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of RTR USA based on prior SMR submissions.
The remedy for consumers with a valid warranty (meeting SMR requirements) will be the following; RTR USA will provide replacement parts to the original purchaser. This is a parts only warranty and excludes labor and/or other costs associated with replacing parts. RTR USA reserves the right to discontinue or change materials, parts, models or products, or to make substitutions. RTR USA will ship replacement parts via a courier at RTR USA's expense. Express shipping options may be available in certain regions and at an additional cost to the customer. Photos, videos or the shipping of defective parts to RTR USA may be required for proper root cause and replacement. When defective parts are required to be returned, a pre-paid courier shipping label will be provided to the customer at RTR USA's expense.
RTR USA has made the warranty service requirements, extremely user friendly by using an electronic Service Maintenance Record (SMR) submission format to keep the warranty valid and to ensure a safe and long operating lifespan for the machine.
A well maintained machine, will run longer with less surprises to the operator. These checks are critical to identify any issues that may be developing on your machine before they result in failure. Any user that refuses compliance with this SMR requirement, knowingly forfeits any warranty claims left in the original covered, (1) one year/1000hour whichever comes sooner, time period of the machine. Some RTR machines may come with an extended warranty beyond the above and will be given, or purchased at the time of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear, use that results from misuse or abuse by end customers including rentals, after-market modification or damages that occur from lack of required maintenance, negligence, misuse (including overloading) or any use not in accordance with the operating and maintenance instructions or the products intended uses.
RTR USA will at its discretion make the final decision regarding warranty eligibility in questionable warranty claims. In the event the customer is unwilling to perform or pay a service for the labor required to remedy the warranty claim, it will void the warranty coverage for that part and any corresponding/related parts due to the inaction of the consumer to comply with the warranty requirements.
Warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
RTR USA does its best to stock or source all parts, but in rare cases, parts may need to be special ordered. In these rare cases the customer will be notified upon arrival of required parts. RTR USA will not be liable for any damages associated with the unavailability of parts.
Normal wear items including, but not limited to belts, bearings, blades, wear plates, grinding/cutting/digging teeth, seals and tires are excluded from this warranty. Engines are not included within the RTR USA warranty however will be covered by the Engine makers standard factory warranty (see engine warranty below).
RTR USA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses, arising directly or indirectly from the product, whether such claim is based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability in tort or any other legal theory. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, RTR USA specifically disclaims any damages relating to (i) lost profits, business, revenues or goodwill; (ii) any expense or loss incurred for labor, supplies, substitute machinery or rental; or (iii) any other type of damage to property or economic loss.
Engines are covered by the manufacturer of the engine and covered by the warranty period specified by that manufacturer. All engine warranty repairs, service and part replacements will not be done by RTR USA. The engine or complete piece of equipment must be taken to your local authorized engine service dealer to receive any engine warranty consideration.
If you are not 100% completely satisfied with the purchase of your RTR USA product, you can return it in its original packaging and condition for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee of the original full purchase price, in addition to all shipping costs. Used machines and accessories cannot be returned for refund. There is a limit of one return per customer. Please see our full returns policy below.

Requirements to make a purchase
All purchasers must be over the age of 18 and a resident of the United States. Deliveries are made to U.S. addresses only; No APO or other overseas addresses are allowed or processed from this site.
Browse through our Online Storefront and click on the products you wish to add to your basket. When you have finished please proceed to the checkout. You will be asked several questions in order to proceed to the payment screen.

Damaged or Defective Goods
Our goods should reach you free from any manufacturing defects either in materials or workmanship. You should inspect the goods upon receipt for any signs of defects or damage. If you find any fault or defect you must inform us as soon as possible in order that we may arrange for their return. If it is proved that the goods were faulty or defective prior to shipping to you, we will replace the goods or refund you in full. Goods are not sold for any particular purpose even if implied on the website. Any implied terms and conditions and warranties relating to the quality of or fitness of purpose of the goods are excluded. We cannot be held liable to the purchaser for any direct or consequential loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the purchaser arising out of breach of contract by the seller. In the event of any breach of contract by the seller within this contract, the remedies of the purchaser shall be limited to damages and under no circumstance shall the liability of the seller exceed the price of the goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for goods not fitting, as all manufacturers fit and sizes vary, please ensure the fit prior to purchase. All returns will require a returns authorization number obtainable by either emailing our sales team Sales@RTRUSA.equipment or telephoning the helpline number. If goods are received back without an appropriate return number, they will be refused by our returns team.
Goods must be returned in their original undamaged packaging and in their original condition in order that a replacement may be issued, or credit given. Goods should be returned no later than seven days after receipt (unless a fault develops after this time, within the warranty period). All returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the full original purchase price.
The buyer is liable and responsible for any shipping fees/costs incurred in returning the goods. You should retain any proof of postage as evidence of return. Goods that are returned will be inspected by the seller. If found to be used or damaged, they will be refused for credit or refund and promptly returned to the buyer.
To ensure the returns process is operates smoothly, please complete the Return Authorization document that will be emailed to you. Once completed please enclose with the goods to be returned.
All payment transactions are handled by the user chosen processing system. The buyer’s card information is not stored or used by the seller. No personal information about the buyer is ever stored, maintained or sold by the seller. Further details of the policies of payment processing system will be available on their website.
