Our policy is super simple. Our 1yr/1000hr warranty is strictly a Parts Only Warranty (see Warranty page for full details). We send the replacement part to the client at no cost. Any other involved costs are the responsibility of the customer. This among other factors enables us to offer our machines at a greatly reduced price below our competitors.
Our machines are not less expensive because they are of a lesser quality or because we do not provide TOP quality customer service. They're lower because our business model is different than the rest. Our prices are lower because of our Parts Only Warranty. They are lower because we don’t have high overheads from showrooms. We are keeping up with the changing tides. Industry is changing and the internet and overseas manufacturing is responsible. More and more clients are buying directly from the manufacturer/supplier. Just like with Tesla caravana and more there has been a crucial shift in the way people buy & we adapted to it! Our chosen Manufacturers are now of a quality level where they are reliable, efficient and perform very well if not better than our competition like A**** and M****O**.
I'm a local Southwest Florida company that uses partnered plants all over the world pairing with the major brands with engines like Yanmar, Kubota, Perkins, Kohler and Briggs & Stratton. Combined with hydraulic components and pumps from Danfoss (formerly Eaton/White), PWC, Hansa, Husco and more to assemble the machine according to our specifications. We will only use various handpicked assembly plants that have ensured are in compliance with their quality control standards. The machines are currently assembled to order in hand picked factories in China (just like nearly every other name brand item (iPhone for example) that have been in manufacturing for years. Some of the larger items are not in stock and will be built upon order. This ensures the user receives the latest upgrades on the machine. (for example the video of me replacing the new upgraded starter relay) would not be necessary as they only put the up to date parts in during the build.
We use engines from Yanmar, Kubota, Kohler, Honda, etc. and pair up all the other components from a worldwide selection to bring you the best value for your money.
We have local support of common parts since most of the engines and components are also used by other common machines in the US, allowing local replacement parts that are compatible with our machines. (Yanmar is JohnDeere for example). A***t and M****one also have very similar components in the articulated wheel loader world. We can receive a factory direct part in about a week timeframe which we have tested and proven to be consistent. I personally have worked on the machines and if you can turn a wrench, you are able to maintain the machine without any issues.
The hydraulics, quick hitch plate (common to the mini machines) and attachments are also a standard configuration and can use and be used on other machines with flat face connectors. We even have adaptor plates that allow any of the b**cat attachments to be used on our machines as well.
Individuals who decide to purchase machines directly from suppliers often are enticed by a price too good to be true, only to find out they've been suckered in by low prices that get thousands added to when it times to receive a actual quote (bait and switch and click bait for that unBElievalbe price!) If they do buy it, they receive a neglected product, or lower quality parts, old engines that won't even clear customs, follow up communication problems and the list goes on and on and on. The reason behind this is the companies know most of these clients are once-off clients halfway around the world and only care about receiving the payment. How well do you think that warranty they told you about will really work out for you? They don’t advise the customer of the regulations and additional duties and fees associated with imports. Things most customers won't realize until the machine makes it to the US, where it can't clear customs, until thousands more are paid or worse becomes Seized by them altogether. Once that is in the US port, it becomes your Issue, not theirs. These are just some of the things the customer never even was told about. Im not some guy from halfway around the world telling you that I will be here for you. I live here just like you do.
I'm a horrible sales guy, I actually do care that you get a piece of equipment that works for you and continues to work for you. I want to be there for ya when you need another machine down the road or have someone that you are bragging to about your machine that you got from me for a great price. I tried partnering up with bigger overseas group and sadly found that they were only after the bottom line. They didn't care to give you an affordable and quality piece of machinery, if it meant they weren't going to make the most profit off of you. Look at my other products that I sell with Blue Line Breachers and you'll see that guys depend on me with their lives, I'm not about to short change you at a risk to you, my word and my integrity mean too much to me.
Service Dealers will sometimes give a customer delayed wait times or availability, poor service, ridiculously high transport fees, and don’t always keep stock of parts, one thing they will surely give you is highly inflated prices as those fancy showrooms cost money. RTR USA can approve a warranty parts only claim as quickly as any other company. With RTR USA you have the benefit of using your own existing mechanic or even working on it yourself and still keeping the warranty! Some of our government and business customers have workshops with their own mechanics like Plants, Rental Companies, Farmers etc, saving them time and money by not having to load transport and wait for the machine to be serviced. Your RTR machine can be serviced when its needed and most convenient for you, getting your machine back up and running in the most efficient use of time. Our machines are fairly straight-forward machines that don't require computing technology to analyze or fix. They don't need to be repaired or serviced by a specialist and can be serviced by anyone with mechanical knowledge.
